Does iOE provide services for employee mental health?
Our services create a work environment that promotes employee mental health but we do not provide therapy services. What this means is we work with you to create policies and organizational processes that help your employees sustain their mental health and will help you identify mental health programs and services for your organization (i.e., employee assistance programs or employee benefits). The aim is to align any other external services or consultants with the work culture we are helping you build.
